This lets you save and replay moves in practice mode. Press R1+R2+L1+L2+Circle for Recorder Mode (if you did it right, you should see a message on the screen).
Go to Practice, then go to the Freestyle Menu. To play as Jin or Xaioyu in any mode (in their school outfits), highlight character and hold L1, L2, R1, R2 and Start until time runs out.
